So, I have a question. At 17mins there is the mention of the quality of wheat. It is referred to as MILL/FLOUR quality or SEED quality. I'm going to assume that the SEED quality wheat is the one that fetches the higher price? Is my assumption correct?

Any wheat can be seed quality. Ideally 90+% germination, uniform plump kernels (good bushel weight) and free of disease and weeds. A cold wet stress germination of 80% would be good if the weather goes against you
