I went to a chiropractor 6 month ago. Since my ribs felt locked at the two bottom ribs. Like a belt closed one size smaller. Have had some trouble breathing deeply. I will try this exersize. thx.

Try PRI breathing exercises, he probably over-compressed your rib cage

they are harder. i like to life length wise for thoracic upper back. i think a noodle might be better for this action.
