I love the Trinity bc the Holy Spirit lives inside me as my comforter and guarantor of salvation. He provides me with ao much peace despite suffering, plus discernment. He gives me the ability to understand scripture. He teaches me all things! Priceless gift

You are the most helpful resource as I seek to witness to the JWs who visit me regularly. Thank you for your good work!

Wow, I loved this so much. Through personal experience, even before I came to God, I was convinced that we as a person were built as three parts, mind body and something else (soul or spirit). I studied with JW for some time but could not quite gell with their interpretation of what happens at death. It is still an area where I actively search for answers. I'm not sure if you have covered this in any of your podcasts, but would love to hear your views.

And equally interesting to know, how did you find out the difference between what the JW is teaching and what you are saying now in this video?

Once a person is saved - ie. accepts Jesus Christ as their personal saviour and asks him to send Holy Spirit, revelation is given as Jesus promised in John 16:13 ‘But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.’ I will do a future video on what it means to become a Holy Spirit filled Christian and how that is essential for every believer.

Dirt body? Ha. You’re right though. Our spirit lives in our physical body or container. At corporeal death, the ethereal umbilical cord (Ecclesiastes 12:6) is severed and the spirit goes through a furnace where it is reanimated to life on the heavenly planes.

Thanks for your video. I remember reading John Calvin's first book PSYCHOPANNYCHIA was helpful to understand how we as JWs had been misled about the soul and spirit. But most importantly 'All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works'.

Yes realising we have a spirit that can separate from the body was a step that helped me realise JW doctrine is so off the mark.

@@faithhopefuture Yeah JW's practically inverted every traditional Christian understanding so there's a lot of prejudice to break through. It's also the reason why modern psychology often fails to help people it has an atheistic/physical anthropology that doesn't take into account our spiritual nature.

Interesting to know, how come you decided to leave your JW religion?

God showed me without a shadow of doubt that the organisation did not have his blessing or backing in any way, shape or form. Its a dark disgusting perversion masquerading as Christian ‘truth’. See my previous videos especially numbered 1, 3, 4 & 5

well articulated but theres no 2 spirits as your words imply; theres one spirit just different expressions of the same force, you are a spirit when you are created and we recieve it when we ask for imore to aid us on a particular mission; the first sustains you life the second sustains your purpose
