From 10:40 onward, it was obvious that the young blonde woman was having a serious mental breakdown and/or a panic attack. It was totally out of order for the African American woman to continue recording her and only aggravating the young woman more. She clearly asked the black woman to stop recording her mental issue, but she continued to do so. It was a reprehensible act to simply film someone in obvious distress, without offering her any help whatsoever. The black woman obviously thought taunting the young woman was all a big joke. It’s not illegal but a store policy is enforceable given that it’s private property. They can ask you to stop and have you removed if you don’t, including getting the police involved for trespassing. Personally, I think that woman has some kind of phobia. Best to just walk away. We don’t know what set that person off. TBH, the woman recording wasn’t looking to stop it or she would have extracted herself from the situation. The person recording was pushing buttons to get a rise out of a person who has some irrational fear. Respect boundaries and walk away. Unless, of course, there was some legitimate initial reason to record her like a threat. The woman recording knew damn well she was escalating a weird situation. Can’t teach common sense.
