yea not to brag but in my experience those who come from broken homes usually work harder to have a better life when presented the fair opportunity to achieve it, like myself single mother raised me & my little sister, but she abused us, alcohol, weed, idk what other drugs she was on & as much as I appreciate her for sticking through life to put us in school I can't forgive her for putting her hands on my little sis. but see it's funny bc the 2 of us my sister & I could easily have just become homeless bums but we both work exceptionally hard, my sister actually just bought herself a tesla, she works 3 jobs now for christ sake (mind you we're 23 & 21) so we're pushing through but it's so sad when ppl from broken homes cant find it within themselves to break the cycle & be better. It's just easier to fall back in those bad habits when people exemplify those terrible morals.

I at one point was a hard core alcoholic. I was depressed and mentally not well.i coped by drinking. Long story short it took being arrested to get the ball rolling for me to get help. For about a year and a half after my arrest, the arresting office and the judge would often check in on me and see how I was doing. By that point i had gotten help at the Veterans Affairs hospital with treatment in alcohol abuse and PTSD dual diagnosis program. The officer that arrested me and the judge that just wanted to try and help me, they saved my life. Sometimes we just need good people in positions of authority or close family or friends to jump in and make us see what we are doing is wrong, dangerous, could be harmful or deadly to ourselves, loved ones, or the community. I truly hope this lady looks into the mental health options that the officer is trying to offer her. Thank you to those officers who were there for this lady that night.

That's a lot of negative comments to deal with, when we all know, alcohol is already a depressant. People can also say....why didn't her daughter get her help before she got that far into alcohol..... Nobody is a winner when dealing with addiction. If I can help, I will...I have another close person living in the streets ....no matter how much I love him, I know what drug addiction allows your conscience to do. No matter how much I love him, I can't help him, until he's had enough. He just lost his Mom & dad to the crap out there in November. I thought that might have had an effect on him, that he doesn't want to die.😥 Don't do drugs!!! If you can't control your alcohol limit, and it's a problem for you and you shouldn't drink 🤷🏼♀️.

@@mysocialstreams It's not the officer's job to chauffeur drunks home, however, I could possibly see it being done in some cases. Definitely not in cases like this though. The officer gave her plenty of opportunity to call someone. It was clear they did not want to arrest her. Perhaps if she would have stayed calm, semi-reasonable (some drunks do), didn't make threats, etc. they would have offered a ride. I do not think they were "un-honorable" in the least. In fact, I think they were more than patient with this obnoxious drunk. Additionally, we need to consider each situation .The condition of the person, are they co-operative & respectful? Are they in danger, possibly stranded on a highway or out in the boonies or stranded without any money, phone or family/friend to pick them up, etc. The locale can also be a factor in any stop. How far from her location was her residence? It could have been out of their jurisdiction. There could also be official policies in place for these situations that vary in counties & states considering that a courtesy ride can take a much needed officer out of the field for an extended period of time which could easily happen in a small or big city. So many factors could play into this scenario. In this case, Mom, needed a wake up call per the daughter. Hopefully she was open to getting the help she needs.

I love the concept of “because people drink at this property, then I shall stay here and remain drunk despite hours of operation!”

Actually if they got her drunk ahe could sue for damages. Tresspassing her doesnt absolve them of fault.

@@ThirtytwoJ how utterly f**ked in the head do you have to be to watch this video and come out on the side of the belligerent drunk?? I swear to God, some people... 🙄

Drunks act so stupid. Why anyone drinks is beyond me, it brings out the absolute worst in people

It's called spirits for a reason. It's alchemical for channeling evil spirits. Notice how it makes ppl act.

Hey now, we're not all like this bitch. I'm a very mellow drunk myself, and sober me is smart enough to sort my shit out before hand so drunk me doesn't end up in shit shows like this. Cheers ya'll 🥃🥃🥃

True, but it is also a fact that drunkness can bring the best in people too.. Called "drunk happy" or "happy drunk", they are fun, comfortable and chill to be around when they are drunk. But i agree that drinking alcohol till you become drunk is stupid anyways.

Best move I ever made was to exorcise my alcoholic loser ex husband from my life over 10 years ago.

My ex-son in law tanked his marriage bc of his drinking. Drunks are unacceptable and everything that happens is self 8nflicted.

I feel bad for anyone that’s addicted to anything, but more for those trapped in the hurricane that comes with it. I’m so proud of you for choosing your own happiness and safety. You deserve so much better. One of the best decisions I ever made was leaving my son’s gambling dad. He was wasting nearly $4k a month, while I was home with our baby, with no way of doing anything. That’s nothing like a drunk, but still a big nope. I hope life is being good to you now. 🥰

That’s what I’ve been trying to do, but as a disabled senior, I don’t have the income to live anywhere else, but with him and our son, I’ve got to get away. I just haven’t found the way.

"You're under arrest." "No I'm not." Never fails to make me laugh. You get yourself put under arrest, that's it. You're arrested. No question.
