This is hilarious! In the past, boosters would make all kinds of promises to entice a player in to attending their university and if they didn’t do as promised, there wasn’t anything a player could do about it. Now, in this NIL era, those people can be held accountable. Players can take legal action and both sides will need to “prove” their respective sides. I believe this young man because UNLV has been trying to avoid this young man’s agent and family members which wouldn’t be necessary if everything was on the up and up. Rules were broken UNLV knows it and that’s why they’ve been tap dancing. The solution is to redshirt him and bid him goodbye when he transfers during the Spring after settling on a “severance” amount. Anything less could lead to NCAA sanctions.
