Tanzania has at least 24 rare earth minerals and the city of Mwanza alone in the Northwest by Lake Victoria has at least 4million ounces of Gold . Tanzania is set for take off just need to invest more in the education of Youth and smoothen some of the rough ages of politics .

that is the policy, if he engages in investments he is welcomed, he would be given automatic residency status. not full citizenship but residency rights because he is an investor, in fact he already has an aprtment meaning he is already a rsident of tanzania though not a full citizen @@papd3532

I think he has already explained it out there are many reasons to chose Tzee over other places since his beautiful wife is in Dubai she got a job there and amazing daughter Ala is back to USA for further studying. So he chose to stay in Tanzania especially DSM waiting to reunite with his wife in December! To reduce the costs of living especially in accommodations wise they decided to buy an apartment rather than to stay in an Airbnb ! Tz Like their min base or second home for now on they can go any where want around the world knowing that in TANZANIA they have a permanent resting apartment 😂😂😂

As you walk the market place, the Africans seem to be so satisfied walking around in their dirty and crowded cities &/or towns. They seem so care free. Is that the true nature of our Black African people? And or, do they not care to unite to organize their countries; build nice housing communities & market stores; landscape the walkways, roads and towns; and beautify their Black Nations' cities and towns to make it more dignified place to live and to travel? I do like the look the natural looking landscape areas, also the Moroco housing and some of their market places. I was just thinking about this and was curious for Africa's growth other then them have all the western tourism to develop and expand for businesses.

There are good markets, Malls, supermarkets everywhere in Dar es Salaam Tanzania...its just they many medias concetrate on such places. Visit Africa by yourself..like now Dar es Salaam has the largest whole market in East Africa. Go and see how its modern and organized...i

My comment was really referring to nature and the grooming of the towns/cities of the African countries. I just would love to see our beautiful Black African culture in our Majestic Array by making our Black continent a secured and descent place to live, do business and thrive. I just hate hearing how freely the white supremacist snobs, western corporate investors & tourism takeover and sabotage when Black Africans own the lands and resources.
