@Dianaprince24-z5u I'm really sorry you're going through this, and I understand how frustrating and exhausting it must be. Chronic anemia combined with difficulty breathing, coughing, and trouble sleeping can significantly affect your quality of life. It’s essential to consult with a healthcare provider if you haven’t already, as persistent symptoms like these may indicate that your anemia is related to another underlying condition, such as a respiratory or cardiovascular issue. Your doctor can help determine the right treatment, which may include iron supplements, changes in diet, or possibly other medications to address the cause. In the meantime, focus on staying hydrated, eating iron-rich foods (like leafy greens, beans, and lean meats), and getting plenty of rest. Don’t hesitate to reach out for help-it’s important to take action so you can feel better. You’re not alone in this!

how do you find out what you allergic to ? I think I have allergic asthma but I don't know what I'm allergic to because I feel fine before
@MedicalCentricАй бұрын
@Tragedyval **To identify what you're allergic to, you should see an allergist who can perform tests like skin prick tests or blood tests to pinpoint specific triggers.** Allergic asthma often worsens with exposure to certain allergens, even if you feel fine at other times. The tests can help identify common allergens such as pollen, dust mites, mold, pet dander, or even food sensitivities. It’s also important to track when your symptoms occur, as this can provide clues to potential triggers. Working with a doctor to manage your symptoms with medications and allergy avoidance strategies can help alleviate discomfort.

@shrartigamer117 It sounds like you've been dealing with a lot of persistent symptoms, and it could very well be related to your asthma, especially given your diagnosis of allergic asthma five years ago. Asthma symptoms, including nighttime coughing, shortness of breath, and sneezing, are common, and they can worsen during sleep because of the body’s position and airway constriction. Even though you were told that shortness of breath might be related to physical activity as a child, asthma can still cause similar symptoms when you're at rest or sleeping. It's important to continue managing asthma with your doctor's guidance and possibly adjust your treatment if these symptoms persist.

Ok but what if your allergic to your inhaler
@MedicalCentric2 ай бұрын
@AvaBunny-o2v If you're allergic to your inhaler, it's important to inform your doctor immediately. They can prescribe an alternative medication or form of treatment that doesn't trigger an allergic reaction. There are various types of inhalers and treatments available, so your doctor can help find one that's safe and effective for you. Always make sure to communicate any side effects or allergic reactions to ensure you're on the best path for managing your condition.
