Today in PE we did some weird dancing thing and we had a few minutes left of class so the teacher told us to run laps for the last few minutes. I have asthma so I knew this wouldn’t be good and I didn’t take my inhaler before class like usual because the white board that says what we’re doing that day didn’t say we were running so I thought I would be fine. When I asked her if I could get my inhaler because I was struggling to breathe she just said “you should have done it before class. Just walk instead of run” like um hello can you not hear my voice I’m wheezing I can’t breathe like that’s kind of a murder waiting to happen it’s like telling a kid with a certain type of diabetes to just lose weight like it doesn’t just happen

Most p.e teachers do literally nothing except shouting at students or stuff. Just get a thicc substitute teacher, sit in a chair and do whatever you want. They are like bill gates, they get money just by breathing

I had an experience of not breathing from environmental mold exposure! I hope everyone with asthma looks into possible nutrition and environmental contributors or causes! I just presented at a world-wide conference on this, and there's so much that has potential to improve asthma and breathing issues.

For asthma use the Vitarka mudra. Pressing the first finger and thumb together is often to be seen in Buddha images. It relaxes lung airways by acupressure. Habitual use cured my asthma and airway remodeling. The beneficial effects of mudra exercises on asthma and the association between asthma and mouth breathing indicate a causal connection.

It was a nice video. I am Dr Kanchan from BIBO. Asthma is a chronic respiratory condition in which the airways get inflamed (swollen) and narrowed, which causes different symptoms like cough, wheezing, shortness of breath and chest tightness. Breathofy syrup is an ayurvedic syrup that helps in reducing inflammation and builds immunity to fight against allergens and microbes causing asthma and other respiratory problems. It is safe for all age groups.
