No doubt the overall interior and the elevation is FANTASTIC but such a non-practical layout of the building. EXTREMELY BAD MAP DESIGN, it is a 400 SQ YARD FLOOR! and the kitchen + the first 3 washrooms are the size of a rabbit hole! such a BAD proportion of the internal map.

not to forget poor views outside building ,noise and has no gap with other building & fire hazard , low celings in pollution is a mouse trap !neighbours will be nightmarish too, english speaking but uncivil sociopaths.
