Very nice film. You can well understand her anger. They took her right to decide from her. She should get to say what is most important to her.

Hi everyone! I'm the writer and director of 'Unmothered.' Thank you all so much for watching. This film was a labor of love. Shot in my home city of Ajmer, Rajasthan, I wanted to touch on the themes of bereavement, cultural differences, and family through a South Asian lens. How did you connect with the themes of this film? Let me know in the comments. Thanks for supporting the arts. -Urvashi

Lovely film. Great actors! An insight into family and cultures, grief and loss. Love the yoga scene.
The female lead actor should get a Hollywood contract. She is excellent IMO.

Women also go for asthi visarjan and cremation. It's not just the men. The allahu akbar from the mosque at 5.30am in the morning is the only real thing in this film 😂

The set is believeable enough for the western audience
