Why is the challenge rule so unknown. Its easy, when the opponent changes the color and makes you draw cards, if you suspect they could have played another card, you challenge them. If they could have indeed played another card, they have to draw instead of you.

you are only allowed to throw +4(and+2 in this case) if you don't have anything else to throw. If you do throw it when it's yellow, and you have a yellow card in your hand, he can challenge you and you have to show him your hand, and if you do have a yellow, you draw 4(or 2) cards instead of him, and if you don't have a yellow he draws double the ammount
