How does the Twitch integration work with the chat? Do they have to download anything to interact? Or do they have to type in certain card names to vote?

It actually works on it's own. You just need to connect your account. 🙂

@ I tried it with friends & they didn’t see any polls. I’m not sure if it was because they were on mobile devices.
