Hahaha. When you were cleaning and boxes were disappearing, I thought somewhere there is a big pile of boxes!! It was great to see it. When I saw your Dad with the biggest smile as he put the legs in on the last couch, Remind me so much of my father And my parents were always there for us helping and that’s just how me and my husband are with our kids too. I’m so happy for you and your family what an adventure. As a mom of a teen girl, her safety is my first priority. Please rethink showing their rooms and hang out space. Invest in a really good security system and cameras. Sharing your lives is great but not at risk of creepers knowing more than they should about your house layout and habits.

I am enjoying watching the whole process! Side note, you may already know, the # of kelvins on your light bulbs make a huge difference on your indoor lighting. The lower the #, the more yellow the light & the higher the #, the more blue. Sweet spot is between 3000 & 4000 kelvins. Best wishes!

Not just extra PVC pipes, but you should run conduit for low voltage and high voltage electrical. If you want a water feature and pergola and pots on a different watering cycle there you will need both. Always install extra pipes!
