As #6 out of 7, I can tell you that while I loved a big family, we were so poor that it was nothing like what you show. I started babysitting at age 10 just to buy things I wanted. By my teenage years it was a huge problem trying to fit in as between school activities and working I had so little time. It didn't hurt me to work, but I sure wish I wouldn't have to start at age 10!

My family was wealthy and I was an only child, I was always alone and under the exposure of one single person that tortured me. I learned very early on I couldnt have wants, so I didnt bother participating in life to avoid creating them in me, to this day I have an incurable form of anhedonia, while they were wealthy I lived a life of scarcity. To this day I see people with way lower income than I do enjoy and live life more fully and have good friends and justify their desires while I just neutralize and ignore mine

May the Lord bless you and grant you strength throughout your pregnancy. Bearing children is not an easy task, and it is only possible through the grace and power of the Holy Spirit of God. As we are aware, as children of God, we are not the governors of our own lives; God is. We do not have the right to prevent childbirth, which is known as family planning. If we choose to take matters into our own hands and engage in such planning, we render God incompetent in His mighty plan, and this constitutes a sin. I understand this is a controversial topic, particularly because many pastors today do not address this significant issue within our churches. However, it is important to note that anyone who impedes childbirth will not partake in the rapture and will face judgment. If anyone has succumbed to the voice of Satan, it is crucial to seek forgiveness from the Lord, repent, and if you are still of childbearing age, begin having children and raising them for the Lord's purpose in His imminent Kingdom. I do not wish for this message to serve as a testimony for Judgment Day, but rather as a call to correction for everlasting life and reward. May the Lord bless everyone. Amen.

I love the nursery connected to the master bedroom. I would personally have two sets of bunk beds in each of those three additional upstairs bedrooms, so that none of the children had to sleep in the basement. The storage units for toys and clothes could be kept in the upstairs hallway to accommodate the beds. Older children who are feeling crowded can move to the basement, if they wish.

What a home!! Just beautiful and I love the Archangel in the upper hallway. My Uncle & Aunt had 8 children. Lived in a historical old home in Kentucky. She had the older children stepping in and helping with house & farm chores. My Uncle was quite firm but fun. Unlike my home, there was NO Saturday morning cartoons at their home. 7 am and one of the oldest daughters went down the hallway knocking and waking everyone up. Chores to do, lets go. My cousins grew up knowing purpose. Just thinking back I guess. Such a beautiful family. Big families are the best. Im the middle out of 7 children. May God bless your New Year. PAX to all.b

Awesome house well decorated- especially each kid having their own space! Ever think of adding a fireman's pole! My friend little grew up with 8 brothers and 4 girls, big family- well, they had this gate you had to walk through this hall to get to the pole, each person had a disc (like a fab) to all you access to the pole. No fab as you stepped out to the pole the disc pulled away! Not allowing little ones to use the pole! Saved time and wear on the stairs and railings! And sliding down them!

Thank you! And yes it is so nice have a separate area for my daycare. It saves so much wear on my home. Even though I have a lot of my own kids, having additional kids (other peoples) in your home on a daily basis seems to wear it out even more and in different ways. It’s also so much easier for the daycare kids to be able to help clean up after themselves having it in one area and in a more controlled environment and I’m able to have much more activities and fun things for them to do instead of having to make my home into a daycare, I’m able to have, my house be home with my business in the basement. It’s good that you teach kids to clean after themselves and help out. This next thing is NOT for this family but I’ve seen it with other large families so here it goes: What I’m not ok with is like the mum and dad of large families not being able to handle so many kids and then having their older kids looking after the younger ones. It’s always ok to help but it should never be an obligation. You had the kids, you look after them.

I imagine you have a lot of them in your home as big as it is but it really scares me especially with how many small/young children you have and hearing them beep in nearly every room in your basement. Also, would be a good idea to maybe practice a fire drill just in case of emergency, but definitely need to have your smoke detectors working to alert everyone to get out of the house if need be. I must say, you sure do have a beautiful home, and love your completed updates and the future update ideas as well!!!

The 2024 is going to be the best year out of all the last ones))) I sincerely wish you to be a better parent than your ones were, and once, to be a happy mother of a bunch of kids like Nancy!) And it's also relatable, too. But, in my case, I'll be a better than both of them combined, both mom, and dad xD

Beautiful home! For a less expensive option for your kitchen. You can just replace the cupboard doors and drawer fronts! Very reasonable! We are replacing our the door drawer fronts for our bathrooms! We used Horizon Cabinet Company!
