Gozer wasn’t casing Egon at the beginning it was a terror dog. They never really defeated gozer in gb1 they just closed the gate really. I like gozer came back they should of re came as a destructor.

I was expecting the movie to be complete dog shit. So with that being said i was pleasantly surprised. The ending was terrible.
