I really enjoyed this review video, thanks for sharing your thoughts! This outdoor-ish, hands-on with new gear is awesome. I hope you can keep making more of this style video, The Outdoor Gear review.

I have a similar waistband setup with my WANDRD bag. The trick to undoing those is to rotate the metal clasp back, which will compress the attachment arm - you can then hold the arm in place and rotate the clip off.

Love the air tracker pocket. Those annoying clasps on the hip belt (8:00) are the same type that fstop uses on their gatekeeper straps. For anyone else that might be struggling with them - the design makes you think it's best to first try to pinch the two plastic "fangs" together and slide the metal locking piece back over the top like Todd is trying here. It seems counterintuitive when they're new to you, but it's actually best to simply slide just the metal piece backwards (toward Todd's right hand here, or the left of the frame) so that it is no longer resting fully in the plastic "J" hook of the bottom fang. Once that metal piece is dislodged from it's resting "locked" position even a little bit, the plastic pinches together with MUCH less force, and you can then slide the metal piece back over the top to free it.

It's interesting how many of the design details for this bag seem to "borrow" from Peak Design.

Will you be reviewing the 25L version? Do you find the dividers padded enough?

Great review but I keep seeing many of the reviews not knowing how to secure the zipper through the loop. You don't pinch it. You hook one pointy end through the loop and slide it through the other.

Interesting. I'll give it another look. Thanks for commenting.

Great review, thanks! (Sub'd). So... thoughts between this and the Shimoda Explorer v2 (35)? Looking at both. Top access is key. Had the original OneMo but the camera access was on the wrong side and no top access. Need something I can carry 2 laptops on occasional long work trips. Would have loved to see some Molle on the back like the Tenba Axis 2 (which I also own... and am selling). On the bag front, I used both bungie cord woven through the top loops for light jackets, and put a strap through/across the lower attach points and threaded an EDC small Molle pouch on it. There's actually quite a bit you can do with the front attach points if you are creative, but also would have loved to see access to the expandable pocket there... Not having 2 pockets (water bottle & tripod) may be a deal breaker... if there are dual zippers I might be able to use a water bladder in the back expandable (gimbal) pocket.

The Shimoda Explore v2 is the superior bag. The OneMo 2 is good for general, everyday use, but once you start trying to carry additional items and use it more as an outdoor/hiking bag, it doesn't hold up as well. The Explore v2 is more expandable and has better fitting/more comfortable straps.

@@dominey Appreciate the feedback, thank you! Ordered the Shimoda just prior to seeing your reply :D. Saw a review that was more brutally honest than most and their Onemo v2 was not holding up as well as the Original after only a couple weeks usage. I wonder if they make a Molle grid that can be sewn on…. :D. Looking forward to running it through its paces. Found one for $320 on eBay with the Med Core Unit. I’ll get a Small Unit for the top and may have to purchase one of the other straps available for my Cotton Carrier. Thanks again! Have a great weekend.

🤔 PGYTECh did not pay or sponsor this video.... but let you keep the OneMo2? Maybe rethink....

so giving you a bag for free is not kind of a payment, right? Wow...

That's how I see it, free new gear is a form of payment. BUT, this is a very relaxed approach to the term 'sponsorship.' I think sponsorship is what fits in the idea of a AD, like paying $500 for a tarp advertisement in the outfield of a baseball stadium, which is more of a professional approach to define 'sponsorship.'
