Hi there! We recently bought the bag too, and your video was actually part of our research before making the purchase. I noticed you talked about the safety strap feature. Here's a little tip: if you push only one side of the soft clip into each other, instead of both at the same time, it slides nicely under the ring. Give it a try! Hope this helps and have an awesome day! 😊🎒

Hello. excellent review, very detailed, for a very attractive product, both in terms of costs, but above all incredible quality. I met this company about 2 years ago, I purchased my first ONEMO 25 liter backpack. the choice of this backpack was not random, but after months and months of searching for the "perfect" photography backpack, I trusted it and I really liked it aesthetically. I have only been purchasing PGYTECH products for 2 years. I don't even look at other comparisons or other brands anymore, I like to be on the safe side. I also purchased the 35 liter ONEMO 2, plus women's photographic bags and shoulder straps (excellent gifts for Christmas). The ONEMO 2 was tested in rain and very adverse weather conditions. I was confident in my gear, all dry and protected. The backpack is excellently structured, studied in every detail, and the internal bag is truly a unique surplus. So my compliments go both to you for the review and to this company!! keep it up

Great review Dunna! I remember the "security loops" issue you mentioned from some promo photos/videos, and I think you have to hook/thread the hard part of the zipper toggle through the loop for it to work. They don't slide through easily like you were trying to do since that wouldn't help stop thieves from trying to open the bag. I really appreciate you showing how both the backpack and sling look when wearing them, as well as being honest with your opinions about your likes and dislikes about the design. 😊 Looking forward to your next video!

Have the 1st generation of this bag. Like it at about 85%..what I dont like is the mechanism of the buckle for the tripod sleeve (the same mechanism for all the buckles of the bag lol) is completely time consuming..besides that the bag is almost perfect lol

I love my OneMo 1 - that small pack I find very useful once I arrive on location to have my camera and a lens or 2 quickly accessible - much faster fro my style than having to reach back into the main backpack for my camera - obviously it's a matter of what sort of shooting style once has.

Hey Dunna, love your content! Now I'm a little conflicted.. Which backpack would you recommend for someone who has only one backpack for traveling and got heaps of equipment. The PeakDesign 45 or rather the Pgytech?
@dunnadidit
@dunnadidit Жыл бұрын
Honestly, that one is a bit of a toss up for me. They kind of serve a similar purpose but in slightly different ways. The peak is a solid contender and it well laid out but the extra pockets on the pgy are nice. Super close call.

Awesome review. I just purchased the 25L one. Intended to use it as a replacement for my standard laptop backpack, but this one looks a bit bulky. Usually for travel, I take a carry-on luggage and my laptop backpack. Can anyone comment whether the 25L one would fit under the seat in a flight? If not, it could be a problem. Otherwise, love everything about this backpack.

Hello Donna, an impressive review, so detailed and well produced, thank you. I’m actually researching to find a multiple drones bag for my work, I’m looking to pack a mini 3, air2s, and a mavic 3; plus several batteries for each and other accessories including a landing pad, collapsible mini cones. I just want it all in one place so that I don’t need to make multiple trips to the car as i’m often parked far away from the job. This camera bag seems to fit the bill but it’s a bit of an investment £’s. I was wondering what your thoughts on my usage factor are for this bag? I’d value your opinion. 👍😊

Honestly? This bag is not expensive, packed with features, expandable for clothes, comes with a second bag and that's nice. It means you can use it easily to pack your gear and clothes for one week. I'd just prefer better side pockets and multiple front MOLLE straps. It's really a very nice backpack for that size.

Great review as always! Im curious how you feel that this bag stands up to the Shimoda explore series? I Know that the Shimoda is a bit more expensive but aside from the Sling bag the Shimoda seems to be much more feature rich in the 25 and 30L range, and the hip straps on the Shimoda are kind of heaven like.

What an amazing review 🥰 Thank you so much. This might be the travel backpack of my dreams... If it weren't for the always too small bottle pockets 😭 Do photographers not drink anything while hiking? I always carry 2 to 3l of water in addition to any equipment when going out for 10 hours in 30 degrees Celsius. Maybe others don't need to drink 😂 at least manufacturers give me this feeling.

That’s a great point! I know there are some bags out there with water bladder pockets if you want to go that way. Or the Shimoda action line has really nice flexible pockets that allow for bigger bottles

The trick is to go together with someone else that has two large bottle holders and then complain about the single small holder on your own bag... you wouldn't need any bottle holders if you don't carry the bottles ;) Without kidding, it's kinda weird this massive bagpack doesn't have a proper bottleholder, bit of a miss.

One thing I wasn’t a huge fan of in the first version of this bag was the curve at the top that would make the bag too shallow inside to fit any lens or body. It’s hard to tell from the video but does it do the same on this bag or is it more squared off?

It's funny you're complaining about the things that were improved from before (I don't disagree, all are valid to say), but I'm just happy about PGYTech improving this. Also, their customer support is a bit of work but they do try. And the lifetime warranty is great to see.

Just bought this bag and I've got one huge issue with it. The capture clip and water/tripod are on the same side of the bag, so it puts all the weight on that one shoulder and makes the bag really uncomfortable. They should have allowed us to put the capture clip on either shoulder (so it doesn't interfere with the phone pocket), or put the water bottle pocket on the opposite side to balance the weight better Also, the sternum strap doesn't have a buckle to quickly undo it which is really frustrating for utilising side access quickly. Not having the sternum strap on makes the bag significantly less comfortable
