Hey Sofi. Closet space was my concern in downsizing from a 2 to 1 bedroom. In your previous apt , if I remember correctly the 2nd closet was cubbies with makeup. You’re a fashionista; figuring all your clothes, shoes, bags etc aren’t fitting in one closet but sure you will figure it out. Perhaps a double door armoire with shelving for your makeup. The mounted tv looks great. Looking forward to seeing the island and hopefully you got a shower curtain at IKEA 😂.

Welcome officially to NYC, from a Queens girlie! For the shoe issue, I'd get the ikea shoe cabinets and install in the closet. The cabinets that you tip open. That would still ensure more space in the closet
