Paying mortgage money for a box just blows my mind. Live an hour or less outside of the city and pay less than 7k per month for a mortgage, property tax, commuter pass and luxury car. FYI this is my first time watching your channel, you are stunningly beautiful Sis.

tip: look for southwest facing apartments if you film during the afternoon, or southeast if you film during the morning! east is direct sunlight in the am, west is direct sunlight in the pm, south has indirect sunlight all day (direct in winter when the sun lowers), and north gets no light 💡

I'm just starting the video but I would never leave Jersey for NY. I lived in Jersey city for a while... then moved to Staten Island and queens for a little while and dreamed of moving back to Jersey! But I really, really like suburban areas... I dream of going rural even.

I live in NY. It’s not worth it. Stay where you are at & keep your peace of mind. New York is crazy & over prices for no reason. Safety in the city is at an ALL TIME LOW ! I am literally scared each time I leave my house.

Just keep looking at apartments in Brooklyn they are bigger cheaper and finer to me anyways loved the first apart in Brooklyn But still your Jersey apartment is wayyy better I mean it’s 2 bed 1 bath most of these are 1 bed 1 bath for almost the same price point. Overall the decision is left to you ❤️
