Stellar. Only problem I see is that it's too close to the neighbors. Whole subdivision sits on top of one another. "Oh gimme land, lots of land, under starry skies above..." Put this house on about 10 acres of lush formal and cottage gardens, add lots of friends and a couple of guest cottages and there's my happy place. Perfect match of coziness, warmth, formality and charm.

The mansion is gorgeous, but I am concerned with the closeness to neighbors and the water behind the home. I like for water to be crystal blue and not murky. Alligators could possibly be in the water in that part of Texas.
