Thank You for the narration of this excellent video!! All that info you gave about thr Bayard was fantastic. I did not know the Bayard Line is dark territory. Im amazed railroads still do that with derailments still on going. Your chase 14N was a success. One thing i found odd was the 1 well car set of empty baretables. The CSX YN2 3rd was nice. The rear dpu on 778, i didnt know ACC's qualified for DP service. That local was awesome!!! And the final point, 6K4 & 170 were really really moving fast IMO. Ive never seen a train across that diamond that fast.

You'd be surprised at the capabilities of 170 and 171 over that diamond. I've seen many ACCs as DPs, that's part of the reason they were rebuilt. It's likely that 5 pack well car set was going for storage out east somewhere. That's my best guess as to why it'd be put on a manifest train. Thanks for your wonderful support! It means the world to me

Yeah it's an interesting little line. That's part of the reason I'm so invested in it, because there's little good footage of it.

Yeah it's no easy feat, especially between Summitville and Salineville. Trackspeed overall is 35, 25 if your train requires a pilot. It's 30 between Alliance and Bayard.

Ben, Great job with your videos. I enjoy all the informative narration that you add. I was very surprised that you made it to my old hometown of Salineville. You even found Salisbury. I'm impressed. I remember when that was a very busy double track line from Wellsville to Alliance. I remember the roundhouse in Wellsville during the steam age. The Pennsy, Penn Central and into Conrail years hauled a lot of coal and iron ore on that line.

Thank you very much! That's why I like this line so much. It's a hidden treasure with rich history, and when a train runs on it, it's always a good show. I became really invested in it after East Palestine happened and the reroutes were plenty. It's such an interesting little piece of railroad
