Yes! I’ve never wanted a Birkin, but I have two LV City Steamers (PM and MM) and a YSL Sac De Jour. Gorgeous, timeless, practical bags, made of beautiful leather, and better than Birkins for lots of reasons including better top handles and shoulder straps.

When I hear people say they were “so honored to be offered a BIrkin”, I can’t help but cringe at how brainwashed they might be to be “honored” to give a company $10k+ of their hard earned money. Hey Shazza ☺️ A super review of a bag that I had never considered before. On past hunts for a new little slice of luxury, I have noticed it come up here & there and thought previously that it was nice, but not one I would necessarily go for. Having said that…It is a fabulous alternative to the Birkin, you’re absolutely right. I think you’ve converted me and it will probably make it onto the wish list 🥰 I’ve just had a quick look now and there are some great deals to be had on the pre-loved market too. Not meaning to offend anyone here, but I think the Birkin is a rather ugly bag, although if I was to have one forced upon me, then I would like the 25, or the larger taller one designed to hold a riding hat 😂 Can’t remember what that one’s called 🤦‍♀️ I am definitely more of a Kelly girl over the Birkin actually, but oddly enough, the Lindy is probably my favourite of all the bags they do. Love your honesty that comes through on your channel, so refreshing and makes you ultimately far more credible than certain other KZbinrs 👏 Don’t be scared of unpopular opinions either, I’ve got a few of my own when it comes to luxury 🥴🤭😘
