Heritage units are more about protecting trademarks than honoring history. My big beef is that Waycross (A Seaboard facility) has a tendency to eff up heritage paint schemes from the Chessie side (Chessie, B&O and WM).

I agree with you on the sticker unit argument. I have only caught one heritage unit on camera. I had to rewatch the video. Then look up the number in order to finally relize I caught a heritage unit.

Yeah, the only reason that the STB went with CP is because CN was too big of a railroad to merge with with KCS (according to the STB). CN+KCS would have too much power and trackage, so the STB went with CP. Yes, now there are only 6 Class 1s. At least it's an even number now ig. Why do we need to wrap a wet noodle around NS?

Not technically, cn has a full line going though the states from IC so thats why they declined CN’s offer, it would make no sense for CN to have 2 line going through America when cp only has a line in the upper region of Chicago

The CPKC Merger is good for Foaming. The Merger is absolutely atrocious for competition, it creates a monopoly for a 1 seat ride for freight transportation from Mexico to Canada which can drive up freight prices, and your prices for commonly bought goods respectively.

I call the first CPKC livery 'reverse AWVR'...if you know, you know...also, my comment in the last video, you are more than welcome to use that in a part 3, 4 or so on. To add to your elephant style comment: I run a N scale floor layout that has no means of turning engines around. Yes I could use my hand, but no. Being realistic, all my engines face the same way, I have no wye or turn table, so when I do MU engines, the face ( *gasp* ) the same way! Who'da thought? Oh and the layout at it's current widest is 8ft by 12ft, single track with passing siding, engine track, single industry, and 4 track yard and hosts three operating engines, and 34 cars, and it ain't even a year old yet.
