this is sad when it comes to criminal records and we all know some people ended up in jail with minor issues ( not condoning their wrong doings ) in some situations they go to jail for wrongful arrest to to misidentity or lack or thourough investigations mybe they where at the wrong place at the wrong time which could happen to anyone of us at any given time. some it would be a good initiative if the Justice System can be a little bit eazy with those and JUST MAYBE clean up their criminal record
