Kratom withdrawal sucks if you abuse it, as bad as oxy. It is great, but if you have a history with addiction stay away. It hits the same receptors in the brain as any other opiate

It’s no different tbh. People don’t realize once taken (even 3 off days a week) YOUR BODY WILL DEVELOP A DEPENDENCE. I do believe if you have 100% serious pain you can use a little till you resolve your pain through surgery or therapy. Otherwise if you’re taking to get focused, relax, energy etc. for sometime . you are in for a RUDE awakening when you come off. FYI taking a tad leads to more because your tolerance gos up, so you need more to feel what you’ve felt

Great interview, Guy is Loud and Funny…love the Love for Shawn, Shawn guest posed for Chad and Kim, we spent the weekend eating, training, talking and laughing…both Christian’s, love of family and BB, Shawn was a great person…Shawn had me take photos of him before he went on stage to Guest pose, I sent some to guy after listening to the podcast….I had the same great connection I had with Flex when he guest posed for Chad, Flex had a crappy flight but Flex and I had a great time.

Love you Guy ! Been watching you on Fouads podcast now for past couple years and I really enjoy you on there and have just recently been watching you U-tube channel. I was a teacher in public school and taught in the prison system for about 17 years . Just wanted to say be careful with the public speaking like you wanted to do at your old high school because people who are against you will dig up information to use against you , you know that. Being a bodybuilder like I was we know what’s involved , plus the recreational stuff that is legal in some states now will eventually get brought up and thrown in your face by the haters that for whatever reason don’t want you speaking at schools.

Couldn't agree more with the part of talking about kratom. I've had two back fusions left rotator cuff too hernias left ACL right MCL both of my shins right ankle shrapnel in my lower back and right quadricept. Never was one for the opioids similar situation with guy or as guy. That was one of the reasons why I got out of second ranger battalion after 12 years. and I took pain medication once out of all this surgeries one time I took it is because of my back surgery. And man was in hell but I come across kratom probably about 4 years ago. A lot of people say you have withdrawal from that. I've used it on a consistent basis a couple times for for maybe 6 weeks. But now I would say twice a month maybe three times a month depending if I load on my back from working out from squats. But I'll use it and it works fine. Like he says it does almost cater or go with your emotions or whatever you're doing like working out your intents your focus, or chilling out feeling euphoria. And then I like his idea actually with a pre-workout because it's almost like the old innovapor. But the MDMA and MDA or whatever they were. Essentially people are getting high you had to euphoric feeling instead of the crash feeling. Similar with creative I guess or at least it would make sense

Guy , I know you’re how your feeling I hurt my back at work , 5 bulging disc , they started me on ibuprofen, which ate my stomach, so they wanted to switch me to the painkillers and I told them no , I have 3 friends who got hooked on them and ended up dying, I rather feel the pain and learn to deal with it so I’ll tell anybody to learn to control your breathing and accept the pain .

Been addicted to kratom for 6 years. It’s no joke!! You absolutely can not take it everyday, maybe 1% of People could and not get addicted. But then move it to a couple times a day, it’s over. I’m all for people using Kratom responsibility. But Guy!!!! Please please please put appropriate warnings on your packages. I started using it 6 years ago, I did my research. Guy, I know how passionate you are about fitness and well being. That being said, kratom my friend wound a ton of people up in rehab dude. I can't believe you didn't come across the stats upon your research, it's actually a huge thing. At first kratom was looked at as an actual antidote to get off of heavier opiates, then it was discovered that people ended up just getting addicted to kratom instead. Guy, I hate to piss on someone's passion, but I fear that you coming out with this product is going to backfire on you. The industry is eventually going to turn on you and label you as a drug pusher. It's just something I don't feel represents you and the industry well. It's a dirty dirty drug.....

I can never take Kratom unfortunately Iv broke my neck an had to get 2 plates an 4 screws in my spine and Iv had brain surgery so I have 4 screws in my skull an I have epilepsy :/ so I already have bad back problems Iv busted out all of my teeth from having a seizure an biting the concrete so I have to take about 20+ pills a day for everything it sucks iv been let go of countless jobs because of seizures because I’m a “ liability“ I wish I never had to take anything in my life but I have to unfortunately 😞 I will say I took some Kratom soo soo long ago before anyone knew what it was they never even sold it in smoke shops yet and just know don’t drink red Powerade and take to much because back then nobody knew how was a good dose so I took a bunch one time just to see what it would do and it was only the scoops of shit you couldn’t even swallow if you tired haha if you know what I mean haha 😂 an yes you’ll withdrawal your ass off and I threw up red Powerade with it all mixed in my stomach and bro I can never take it again completely ruined my toilet haha 😂 nastiest thing Iv never seen lol

Couldn't agree more. I went through withdrawals for about a week...sweats... cold...shaky.. I was super irritable...my body felt like I was ran over by a truck. It took me a good solid 2 months to start feeling normal again
