@@2kdev860 have you been playing the game in past few months? Countless low rank players of OW1 got rank boosted tremendously and are now Masters and GM. Me included. I am Master 2 tank consistently in the past weeks but I originally am high plat. So I got boosted 2 entire ranks. nd it seems odd that I was plat from season 9 to end of OW1 but with OW2 I got to diamond very quickly and then suddenly went up to high masters in a matter of 2 seasons. Something's wrong. There are waaay to many Masters and GM players now which just shouldn't be the case at all

@@sticc3978 its obvious why your rank increased. its a bell distribution and many bad/new people started playing the game. You didnt get better but the average got worse. I personally think they need to introduce more ranks.

Torb is nuts. Can do almost everything. Close range shotgun, medium-long range spam/poke, turret to stall or deter flankers. His E lets him tank widow/hanzo head shot and tracer's ult if he's at full health.

torb is sick, its just that very few players can really get value outta him. his primary fire is probably the hardest projectile in the game to be consistent with, and his turret almost always gets immediately destroyed in higher ranks. that said, his potential is through the roof, if only there were more torb otps

If you have the skill for it, torb is a beast. I notice many have issues with the bullet drop on torb, but once you get it you’ll never want to swap 😂

@@縣 I wouldn't say it's the easiest to play good torb, if you can hit pharahs and echos out of the sky the you are a good torb, a very strong pick.

@@縣 I think he’s easy to play, but hard to master for most. I imagine we’d see more of him in competitive play if players could master that character easily, but I don’t see him often unfortunately

Its just that there are other characters like Tracer or Sombra that have higher skill caps and more rewarding gameplay. But that doesn't mean that Torbjörn takes all that much skill to play, and the bullet drop is definitely not a problem for anyone at least competent at playing shooter games in general.

@@縣 I agree with that, you can adjust fairly easily to Torb’s gun. I guess I’m referring to the lower end of competitive play (bronze-platinum). I also don’t see him much in diamond or master, but I agree that other characters can be more rewarding. People are just as bad with Sombra in lower ranks, so skill cap seems to be the only issue facing players who struggle with Torb. Players that may not have a lot of time in their personal life & don’t sharpen their aim or players who lack hand-eye coordination. Its wild that the majority of the player base falls within these ranks, but I also know most people don’t only play OW2.. so they may not be used to the characters like I would be (playing since OW1 release)

Because if you are 5-1 you are barely having any impact in those games or your MMR shows you belong lower than you are. His MMR is a fresh account IMMEDIATELY hitting better numbers than GMs, and when he does it consistently it wants to protect worse players and put him where he belongs.
