Could it be that Nimrod and others building a tower were not building a physical tower but a spiritual tower, climbing up the spiritual ladder and were getting up so high that they began ro see thay "Yahweh" was just another god who prided himself on being the "Most High" yet he is known to have a consort named Asherah. Could it be they got so high they saw another who was above and before "Yahweh" came about, who was without name, whose name was incomprehensible, but later referred as "The Father of Lights," Maybe they were gathering knowledge they should not have had so early bc it simply wasnt time for that aspect or revelation to be revealed at that time["Nimrod ran ahead, and was a mighty hunter BEFORE the Lord , he ran ahead of his guide and sought to figure a way into the heavenly realm himself"] New Testament never referred to "Yahweh" never, only "The Father. " But having gone thru all those ages the Stone Age, Iron Age, Industrial Age and now the Technological Age, now the truth will be uncovered and revealed bc of the flow of information online. We will all soon see the bigger picture and understand what is going on here and why we are here. Yet the Truth is in Jesus Christ, who is the way and the Life, so all must "come unto" him and ASK him for the truth of whats really going on, ask Him to open your eyes to understand the mysteries of the scriptures and your purpose and role in it all here in your own generation.

The Shasu in question are the Israelites. The term was a broader term for shepards/farm hands. Joseph told his brothers to tell the Egyptians they were shepards. It's also suspected by some archeologist/historians that the oldest evidence of the name for the tribe of Judah, or "Yahudah" was found in a partly old Paleo Hebrew artifact in Egypt which they attributed to that group of Shasu. They suspect that it was "Yahudah" the tribe and not the God of Israel "Yahuah" because, despite the last half of the artifact being damaged and illegible, what remained appeared to have enough form to sho the first part of the symbol for the simple transliteration as the letter "d" in "Yahudah." This is important, because scripture says that God only gave His name to Israel after they fled Egypt, not at anytime before. Also, the tribes were very small entering Egypt vs how large they'd become before leaving. So Judah/Yahudah being the most numerous tribe or one of the 2 most numerous tribes and also eventually the lead and kingly tribe, it would make sense that their tribal name would begin to surface first in the records found. Also, an crucial abridged element, there is a member of the Pharoah's family who was discovered who was called Amenmesse. If you're familiar with how English versions of the names translate to suspected the old pronunciation in Egyptian and Hebrew (like how Edom is sounded more like "Ahdohm" or "Adoomah" and was similar in Hebrew) then it should be clear that "Amenmesse" is sounded more like "Ahmahn Mahssah or Mahsshah." This is more akin to the Hebrew Mosheh. Long story short, Amenmesse was said to have been part of the royal family, but not expressly a child of the preceeding Pharoah. He was only expressely linked in a familial way to a woman in the family, most like that Pharoah's daughter. Essentially, he's the son of the woman in the royal family if Pharoah(I forget some of the details), but with no known father, like Moses. Some accounts say he ruled Kush, like Moses, and that he wound up at odds with the successive pharoah, from his generation when he had an Egyptian slave driver killed over his excessive brutality toward some Shasu slaves. Ultimately Amenmesse, according to some accounts, left Egypt with a large number of Shasu slavesand was never found again, like Moses. Again, Shasu was the term by the Egyptians. Since, it's their society, their name for the slaves and what not of their society will be the dominant terms found in their records. However, 1 group of those Shasu, specifically the ones in question here, were the Israelites. It's the same way that when the current Western European nations who rule the world began to reclaim Europe from the Moors and the Jews who accompanied them in the 1200's/1300's, they called the Jews of Europe "negro"/"negroes." They then dubbed all Jews/Israelites they found around the world during their conquests as "negroes," and, in an expressed intent to take them from their heritage and remove their adherence to the torah in place of forced obedience to Christianity through slavery and veing given new Christian names to where destroy their identieis as Israel, all that was left was for them in time was the name "negro." And that name stayed on the Jews even up until the last 60 or so years before it began to change to other terms like "Afro American," Afro Craribbean," "Afro Latino," etc. and even "black." for Jews/Israelites in the Western Hemisphere, many of whom have been so long disconnected from their history through centuries of brutality intended to do just that, that most don't know their identities and are unwilling to reclaim it out of fear, despite some in these communities never forgetting and leaving traces if that knowledge of their true identity in their art and what not.

Romans chp 4 verse 13) For the promise that he should be the heir of the World was not to Abraham, or his seed, through the LAW, but through the Righteousness of faith. It was Abraham's faith that pleased God. You can worship God and still not be faithful to God. Especially having other gods before him. Abraham believed God. Big difference. You have a lot people claiming to worship Jesus, but they want power and control of a governmental system, to force morality on everyone by LAW. That's not of faith or the true Gospel of Christ. As if the gates of Hell could really prevail against Christ if they didn't have power of Government.

They consider Elohim (or El, or El Shadai, or El Elyon) to be the highest god in the Canaanite pantheon (akin to Zeus/Jupiter). YHWH was a storm god who was imported from Se’ir in modern day Jordan/Arabia. Eventually, the two were conflated, but they weren’t always the same.

That’s why there are Flood stories all around the world, along with creation, etc. The Chinese alphabet tells of Bible stories, along with basic moral laws. A good book, “Eternaty In Their Heart” tracks many of these stories.
@theeternalsbeliever17792 ай бұрын
The ppl who were scattered did not take the true knowledge of God with them. _What they took with them was the Babylonian Mystery Religion concocted by Nimrod_ . That is why a lot of them have a sun god, a fertility goddess of some sort, and a trinity. Rom. 1 is clear on this where the apostle Paul says the ancient world _perverted the knowledge of God_ into idolatry. By the time the Israelites arrived at Canaan, the world was totally immersed in it.

Of course, many of these people worshipped God. The main reason God chose Abraham and developed Israel was so that He would have a people through which the Christ, Jesus, would be born. Balaam was not a Israelite and he knew God. I remember 60 years ago in college in a world history class, the text said that the Chinese followed God for 1500 years after the flood. God spoke to Balaam, but Balaam did NOT know God. Not only does the epistles reveal him to be a false prophet for hire, Numbers explicitly mentions that Balaam was a priest of the Babylonian Mystery Religion. That is why the Moabite king hired him to curse Israel in the first place. Revelation even shows Christ saying that Balaam eventually helped seduce Israel into idolatry. That is why he ended up dead when Israel attacked the Moabites.
@bluebird64992 ай бұрын
@@theeternalsbeliever1779 I knew how false Balaam was and what he did. But he knew enough about God that he would not curse the Israelites, though he fought against them and died. It is interesting if that is so why God would give him the famous prophecy about Christ. Confusing.

I have one last thought about Balaam. Now, I recall long ago someone applying “The gifts of God are not recallable” to Balaam. The idea was that Balaam was a prophet of God who defected. This is sort of a nonsensical argument. It says before Israel. These people aren't before Israel. Abraham is the start of Israel. The countries east and south of his lands were relatives of his. Ammon and Moab were Lot's (Abraham's nephew) children from his daughters. They lived in the plains east of Abraham. Esau (Abraham's grandson) founded Edom southeast of Israel and married Ishmael's granddaughter Mahalath. Ishmael (Abraham's son from Hagar) was likely the Shasu as his mother chose a wife for him from Egypt, He lived closest to them. He likely lived near the wilderness of Sin/Zin or the wilderness of Shur west of Sin/Zin which was south of Israel or in the area of Kadesh. The Kenites and Timnites were Esau's grandchildren. As was Amalek the founder of the Amalekites who lived southwest of Israel and also might be the Shasu. They were the first nation to attack Israel after their return from Egypt. Midianites were Abraham's children from Keturah. One of their sons is named Midian. The countries/people groups were named after the head man. All of these people were the offspring of Abraham or his Nephew and would have been followers of God as they followed the God of their fathers. A better argument for followers of God prior to Abraham would be Melchizadek, but he and his people are not discussed and little is known about them as they inhabited Salem (Jerusalem) when Abraham came to Canaan. Melchizadek's people may have been early Jebusites, Jebu/salem or Jerusalem, being their chief city. They may have predated them and been supplanted by the Jebusites. But if they were no mention is made of it. I think its more likely that they Jebusites were originally followers of God as described under Melchizadek, and they later fell away to paganism or intermarried with pagans who were tainted by the nephilim bloodline (children of Anak). When Melchizadek meets Abraham it is right after the battle between Sumerian Kings and the giants living around Sodom and Gomorrah. This was where Lot settled and was next door to Melchizadek and Abraham.
