The camera movement is also what makes this look a lot more realistic. I've seen a lot of impressive looking UE5 renders that have a game-y feel due to how rigid the camera movements are. With that said, the lighting looks great! I think the next areas to improve would be how objects move and interact. I think actual 3D depth will elevate these further. Something like a more advanced Nintendo 3DS or VR. Once tech advances even more, it would be great for other styles to use path tracing and lumen.

Seems almost too good to the point where it isnt realistic. I think a cross between Log and Grade with a tiny hint of sun/light shaft going on could help with realism. Maybe some sort of camera effect, like a slight fisheye. Doesnt need to be as dramatic as a go pro, but still.

It does look good but that's it's flaw. Irl nothing is 100% straight lines and perfect angles. It looks too crisp. Unless that's intentional. But I thought the whole idea is to make it more realistic rather than more likely to be computer generated.

the close objectives look out of focus somehow, no detail when its close but medium to long range is so clean
@jrminate Жыл бұрын
You've got to find a happy medium when making cinematics / renders or a project sometimes. When I make scenes and adjust the cinecameraActor I usually just leave it at 1 setting as well. I normally set it up to get the whole shot looking good. It's the same way everything looks great medium to long range, but if you get super close to vegetation it may appear out of focus. On a Rendered scene you can manually adjust the lens settings / focal length, focus distance, etc on up close shots if needed. It just takes more time.

The dark are never this much dark IRL. You can barely see the room, where in real life that room would be much more lighten, windows are broken, there are roles in the walls everywhere doors are open. For reflection it may be good, but for light displacement I really don't like it.
@matrixsmurf Жыл бұрын
In log you can see more but it's not enough and the image is whitened. That room should be almost fully lighten, except for some spots behind some things.
@Jsfilmz Жыл бұрын
cameras have less DR than your eyes, turn the lights off in a room, go in with a camera compare the camera and what you are seeing with your owne eyes, much darker, this simulates someon holding a camera
