Don't forget to click Auto Resolve on the specific module. However, it is fixed with 5.4.4

Are you using the same skeleton hierarchy with mannequin?

when I tried it, my legs became normal but my arms turned 180 degrees

Make sure the pole vector is correct, if you are using another skeleton beside mannequin, check the rotation of your arm bones and confirm primary and secondary axis, arranging axis most likely resolves that issue
