a couple things I noticed that would make it even more realistic but I feel developers do not pay that much attention to: 1. there is no wind and the vegetation is not bouncing like it should, the static ambience is not realistic 2. the camera movements are too brutal or sudden, no human sight moves like that so it feels like it´s not a person behind the ´´camera´´; you can see that specially when the character is walking, check 3:53

Then around that time Pong on a Grandstand video console, my friend had similar his also had a light gun to shoot a moving white square. Then my pal got an Atari around 1980/ 1981 and I clocked Defender. He was rich and also got one of the first VHS machines so we played Atari and got ‘Video nasty’ horror films out of the video library. A few years later in about 1982 I got a Sinclair Spectrum I was overwhelmed when I saw ‘Manic Miner’ with 20 levels. I upgraded then to a Commodore 64 about 1984 then an Atari ST around 1987. Next came consoles, I had the first Sega Megadrive (didn’t get a first Nintendo), then a SNES. Next came a PlayStation. I then got a PC and had a console hiatus for a while, until the first Xbox. Then after that came the PS4. I have given up gaming after experiencing classics such as The Last Of Us, due to limited time. My son however picked up the mantle and now has an Xbox 360. I’m heading for retirement in maybe 6-8 years and hopefully will have time again to get the latest gaming console and the graphics are getting better and better. I will then continue my gaming life.
