Whenever I try to launch Unreal Engine I get the following message: "Plugin 'OnlineSubsystemUtils' failed to load because module 'OnlineSubsystemUtils' could not be loaded. There may be an operating system error or the module may not be properly set up. Can you do a tutorial on how to fix that

Nonstop crashing on the new version 5.4.1 when trying to follow these directions in the video. With or without ray tracing. I have a 14th gen i9 with a 3090 video card. When I try to create lets say the car simulation template it opens fine. Anyone else experience this? I downloaded the 5.3.2 version and it opens fine using this tutorial.
