just thought about, do you work with biologists together to be able to generate realistic habitats during procedural generation of computer game maps? The objects like specific flowers could get attributes that they only grow where there is much light.

wish I was there! Great work, only one (minor) weakness IMO and that's the variety (or lack of, to be precise) of of the flowers is very low. Flowers look the same apart from the colors.

Are we there? have we reached peak hyper realism? i can't think of anything to make it even more realistic. Yet, somehow Unreal will keep surprising us with new updates. but what will it be? What will be their next graphical update? Because if have simply no idea anymore...

@@sweetcorn1936 The market is not there, these graphics are only possible with a top of the line graphics card and a PS5 would not be close to this.

@@sweetcorn1936 Prob way too taxing on the average graphics card, most gamers would need prob a RTX 4070 or higher to be playable. Then if you add in buildings, wildlife, NPCs etc.. the average PC would struggle. The best you have ATM is the likes of Deliverance, Sons of Forest, STALKER 2 for open field, forest, biome. Next year more will join the list as UE5.* matures. Cheers
