[Unreal Engine 5] Textiles Shop (a 3D model for my uni course)

Grass Wind Physics make for surprisingly convincing cloth animations.
Been spending the past 3 months on modelling, texturing and animating a fictional Textiles Shop for a uni assignment in Unreal Engine.
While not quite perfect (having a few clipping parts and all), I'm still very satisfied with the final outcome, especially when compared to my previous 3D environments.
