This was hands down the best fan manga out there and for many reasons. This was a fallen deity (not some rando) who was corrupted by greed, pride, envy and hatred over feeling "betrayed" after learning of his wicked ways. In canon DBS, NOBODY touches the Angels, so to see this manga stay true to that and have the Angels still be the apex among the pack, was amazing. Plus the struggle between a father and son (The GP and Merno) in seeing how the GP never wanted to kill one of his own BUT HAD to in the end. This story was fking amazing bro

I feel the Grand Priest's pain for the moment when he saw Merrno getting erased. Perfect way to end the Manga too. It was satisfying seeing villains like Cell, Frieza, and Moro getting what they deserved. For some reason Merno was a bit different. Even though it had to be done, it was kind of sad when Merno was finally dealt with. He was like a mad dog at that point. I loved the Grand Priest's full powered form. Best fan manga so far! For the past 2 years, i hated merno for what he was doing, but after seeing what was done to him, I am on his side, Merno is basically all of us, us humans who have a shitty life, and no one is there to help us in our darkest moments. Merno is the case here, the moment he was granted his staff, he had different thoughts and in return they choose to kill him instead of helping him, no one, not a single brother or sister stood up to defend him, to help him. They all stood there and watch Zeno and his Father brutally attempt to murder him just for having different thoughts.. And now his father regreated his choice... After hundreds of millions of years he saw what he did to his first Son... Too late to apologize now.. Merno spent all that time rebuilding himself in the cold of space, spread across all the multiverse... And his actions towards his brothers are purely accepted for what was done to him in the past, and how they all see themselves as better than him, superior than him. When they themselves commit the same acts to lower life forms across all time and space, they destroy planets, and erase entire races for shitty reasons.. Merno didn't deserve this ending... He may have tried to kill everyone, but he also wanted to free us from the tyrants who rule all the multiverse.. children with the power of erasing one and feel nothing in return...

@@ke-go7xj In the case of Merno that might be the case, But if he were to leave a printing memory of his future where he was about to die and let his younger self know all about it, The younger self could've change everything, Even fulfill the original merno dream, take out GP and zenos, but be a proper leader, or could even make him worse, or if anything he would create his own multiverse by his own bending rules, similar to Lucifer or Hades, having his own dimension by stealing the book of life for for example. So many possibilities could have been given here to keep Merno for the next years as a known, famous Titan among all AF/fan-made characters like Xicor and AF Goku and others. Xicor was created in 98 by toyotaru and its the most famous to this day... A living legend that isn't even part of the show at all and is nearly 30 years old.

The battle the lore behind merno and his intentions, and even some thing I would have never thought of, the Grand Priest, and both Zenos having a true battle form! Nothing was rushed, the art was amazing, the storytelling was so good that I enjoyed it way more than I did the arc of Granolah or Moro. Im going to be that guy and say that even tho it was way better than what the official release has been producing, this could have been 100X better and it fell in the same traps that the offical release did - it just shied away from making a uniqe story and recycled an old familier pattern. In the original fan manga Merno wanted revenge, sure, but it was told time and time again that he was not evil. He was not a blood thirsty maniac. He teleported all the people away from earth to fight Vegeta. His problem was that the children in charge are not worthy leaders and everyone is obeying them because of fear. He had a good reason to want to dethrone them and it was even shown in this manga how their leadership is terrible. THe grand priest risked all being destroyed just to play a game with the kings while Merno was having his way with the universe. And now in this final chapters this went 180 degrees. Now the omnikings act super reasonable and talk about balance like they care. Why didnt the priest just reason with them from the start then? They talk like they care about the multiverse and yet everyone is afraid that they will destroy all the universes just out of being mad like children. They even cold bloodedly destroyed all the universes during the tournament of power and apparently were going to keep them that way if the wish wasnt to restore them. They had a good character, but they just turned him into a monster so that there isnt any conflict between good and evil. We could have had people turning to Merno's side and have a civil war. Vegeta could have joined merno and some of the other angels for example, but no, the ending was just the Frieza saga recycled. Meh 6/10

Thanks for this, I commented a couple weeks back about how this fan manga single handedly got me back into dragon ball and the ending didn’t not disappoint, I had to watch this 3 times before commenting and I think one of the more subtler aspects this showed was how the grand priest isn’t just the father to all angels, but he’s a surrogate father to the Omni kings and really all living things which i think makes their relationship much more fascinating being that the Omni kings are more powerful but are child like and even they recognize they need the grand priest to guide them, it makes for more interesting characterization than just being an all powerful, oblivious, child like god, but that’s just one of many things great about this story, so thank you and I can’t wait to see what’s next

The journey of seeing the introduction, the references to the books/movies and all, the power scaling, the buildup with the side stories, I loved every single bit of it. Although I’m saddened that it’s all over quickly, it’s a perfect send-off this month for me, I had fun and was invested in the story for a long while. I wanna thank you for producing one of the greatest fan manga story and building up with our own patience. It was worth the long wait to see it all end with a new chapter beginning, I can’t wait to see the content you have, and you really deserve a great break with your great effort and work you had with this story. If there’s one way I can end a comment, I will say this: this manga will always forever be one of the most appreciated fan manga, we may see another great fan manga, but if I have one thing to say, it will never have the same feeling of watching a long-awaited fan series that had a great ending to it all. He even sees his math teacher as another grandpa, and I really wish I could see you because in all honesty, you’ve made me and my brothers say so much better, you listen to whatever anyone wants to say to you, you also build connections with us with how you’re able to relate to us, you take your time to fully understand how we behave or act for you to know how to handle us in a certain way, and I really want you to know that once again, my brother sees you as a mother he never had and i do wish you would comfort him before graduation (or a few days before grad). What a powerful finale to bring the story to a close! I loved it. Thank you very much for what you made of this story and how much you appreciate this huge work. Of course, the idea of ​​bringing a Fallen Angel that was destroyed by the Omni Kings back then is never a bad idea. This idea was wanted by many at the time simply because of the Tournament of Power and I wanted it too. What makes this story unique is how much effort has been made to show Merno as a character and that is actually very successful. The ambition, the hate, the revenge and the desperation he felt, how strong he was as an antagonist and what ultimately defined him impressed me more than in the actual Dragon Ball Super Manga. It's also because I'm not that happy with the DBS manga at the moment. For me personally, Merno has become my favorite antagonist, both for his personality, his design (originals + clones) and his strength. He's different from other characters we've met. In the end I can only say that I had a lot of fun following this story and thank you again for this great work :D I can imagine that something with Merno will come again, for example "What would happen if Merno had won in the end."

This was by far the BEST fan manga story I have had the privilege of following. I can't imagine anything topping this. It had everything we could ask for or look forward to seeing including insurmountable odd for our heroes, their Gods of Destruction, and the Angels having to combat in order to preserve all life in the multiverse. I can't wait to see what happens next, or if anything greater comes out of the great minds of the creators. It would be epic if this was animated, or in some manner inspired the official DBS creators in the creation of a greater Arc to follow both in manga and the animated series.

My heart feels very numb at the death of Merno even though I wanted him to win at the end. The guy man handled everyone and went toe to toe with the GP and still stood up. Took a multiversal spirit bomb and tanked that and was incredibly weaked but still stood up and was ready to throw hands. My god this has been one hell of a ride of a manga.
