Today we will cook delicious salmon in a creamy sauce with royally caviar. We will cook in a grill pan and a Mechta ™ saucepan, which can be purchased at posuda-mechta.com/
Sprinkle the fish steak with pepper and salt, pour with olive oil and gently coat, rub in. Then we move the grill into a preheated pan and fry on both sides for 5-7 minutes.
Next, prepare the creamy sauce. Pour cream, a little flour (in my case, gluten-free corn or rice) into a saucepan, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat until thickened. At the very end, add red caviar to the sauce. We remove from the fire.
Pour the salmon steak with creamy sauce, decorate with red caviar.
