Great result your lovely Proton Impian brakes are fixed and your father is an engineer absolutely brilliant and his persistence paid of and he didn't go down the path of throwing parts at your Proton lmpian and it will be the best Proton Impian in the country

I had something similar on a mk1 VW Golf. Brake pedal was good at start, but after driving 2 miles, brakes locked on. Turns out previous owner had fitted a new master cylinder and not adjusted the push rod and clevis pin. Once we backed the rod off, perfect brakes.

All of the old brake fluid will be totally gone by now so that has finally flushed and exercised everything now…..
