Nice to see Jason Chaffetz moderating. But Heritage as a host is disingenuous. Heritage, combined with the US Chamber of Commerce, has long favored passive illegal immigration for the purpose of supplying ranchers and other employers a steady stream of deregulated low wage labor. A Federal Immigration Adjudicator omly needs to be a Lawyer (not even an Attorney!) as opposed to a Federal Immigration Judge who must be an actual Judge. Think on that the next time you hear how "we need thousands of Immigration Adjudicators to handle the flood of immigrants" and realize a Lawyer versus an Attorney is that an Attorney must actually pass the Bar exam. So a Federal Immigration Adjudicator only needs to have passed the Law School classes.
