Thanks Canada for this guy to have given us so much great memories of a musical legend , you could tell how much he loved being part of Runrig and how much the guys respected him also , we will never forget you man . Runrig forever 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🎶

Bruce Guthro, I miss you, I miss your humanity and your special way of saying things. And I miss your singing, through which you brought your views and feelings to other people in a way that touched every soul! Things that touch every other person, including me, in an incomparable way and will accompany them forever! Bruce, unfortunately you left this world far too soon. Having my last day at uni tomorrow before graduating. Thinking about a lot of good memories listening to Runrig songs during the last years in uni. Thank you Bruce and all the others from Runrig and the team behind RIP

Love Bruce Guthro’s voice with Runrig. How he sang with the group are songs that reach down to my very soul, he is not Donnie Munro, but his contributions will stay with us forever… was great having a fellow Canadian as lead singer. I almost got a chance to meet Bruce while he was at the Vancouver Olympics in 2010, but my son didn’t want to go with me on Saturday, so when I was there on Sunday, I found out he headed home early. That disappointed me, and more so now with his passing. All the best to his family and friends ❤ thank you for all the wonderful music you left behind.
