This footage is such a gem! Say what you will about the negative aspects of the online world, but at least we, the public, get to see history in the making like this🤩

BRILLIANT. Just shows the Mental and Physical toughness training they went through to build that world class NO-QUIT Power game and attitude. Question: When you are stressed out and physically your body can't take another step, what gets you to that last ball for that Championship winning shot? Answer: Your Mental Toughness mastered through years of training like this. My girls (both under 10 yrs old and tennis obsessed) loved the video and had a dozen or so questions, one of which was "Please can they post some more videos of Serena and Venus when they were young"? Thanks for posting this video.

More like training champions , icons of the game
@AngelostennisАй бұрын
Yea that physical fitness training at 11 years old really translates to years later on tour.
@TR-zn2zhАй бұрын
It did tho it was training like this that caused them to be so successful on tour …. Not sure what’s your angle here are for this sort of training or against it ?!?
@AngelostennisАй бұрын
Against. I’m all for playing games that encourages fast feet but the physics intensity of this is bad training for an 11 year old regardless of who they are. Rick Macci should know this if he is what everyone thinks he is. They would have still been champions regardless of senseless intensity of drills like this.

I love what the Williams sisters have done for women's tennis. I have, however, had the dubious fortune of meeting their father. Not the nicest of people, to put it mildly.

He doesn’t owe you shii. I’m sure the villain in someone else’s story. I’m sure people have me you in your bad days and that doesn’t define you.
