Once the cockpit is completed and cleaned up it will be a gem and work of art. I am tired of hearing that Elvis never really owned this jet. It is well documented that he did and liked this one better as the interior was just how he wanted it. It was only a brief period but he did and had another owner until it was abandoned.

i watched the Elvis jet build from the beginning, and kept thinking its too high, centre of gravity will make this handle like a pig, i kept thinking it be better to base the chassis into the lower compartment so it fitted neatly under the cabin floor, so the sides of the fuselage would kind of hide the chassis - and i also kept thinking, i wonder if Elvis would approve but i am satisfied to be proven wrong, the weight was close to the original RV spec, and the handling on the road seemed to go fine once you get used to it, like anything new you get into - the over all look is pretty crazy, very clean, and you know what, i reckon Elvis would love the craziness, i honestly don't think he'd be mad at someone cutting his plane up to use on the road and i'm sure he'd share the price tag pretty bonkers, both planes, very individual, priceless works of mad art
