So so sorry to see Lingard go. It might not have worked out for him on the pitch, but what he was lacking this season he certainly made up for in the dressing room. Jesse may not have lived up to expectations on the field (for whatever reason), but this shows for him it's not just about the playing football....it's the togetherness, the enthusiasm, the sheer generosity of spirit towards his team mates and the blatantly obvious love & liking they have for him that has gone a long way towards everything the players, the fans, the manager, owner, coaching staff, backroom staff, groundskeepers, EVERYONE involved at whatever club level have worked to achieve this season. If they party like this purely for surviving The Drop, imagine if they won the whole bloody thing! 😊

Jesse doesn't get nearly enough credit for his role this season, in my opinion. I know he has bee injured for a fair stretch, but I feel as though he played way better than he gets credit for when he was fit. More importantly for me, from the word go,he treated the club with respect, and has always been a team player. Not all 'marquee signings' do that. Big love, Jesse.

O nottingham mereceu muito a permanência na PL, Coopercabana recebeu novos jogadores no meio da temporada e em uma competição contra gigantes isso é muito complicado, mesmo assim, o forest resistiu! Acredito que próxima temporada com a manutenção dos principais jogadores (Hendo, Navas, Aurier, Felipe, Worral, Mangala, Lodi, Danilo, Scarpa, MGW, Johnson and Awoniyi) plus some new good guys, o Forest pode brigar por Conference ou até europe league.

Unfortunately with Neco, Bren and Danilo all having to be in the 25 next season there is no room for sentiment. Plus last summer we did 2 summer transfer windows in 1 so FFP wise we’ll be spending maximum £40m this summer and spending what we can recoup from the poor signings…. Scarpa is MGW’s backup now 😉
