It is one of the staple food of South India. It is called Ragi Mudde. It is Finger Millet flour cooked in boiling water ghee/butter added while kneading. Only one who can swallow the byte size and one who enjoys the sambar usually spice flavourful will enjoy this dish. Diabetic friendly.

Water has to be perfect and the use of sticks would allow the flour to get mixed perfectly even mixing is an art itself coz sometimes there might be some flour left without getting mixed
