@@JoelsTastyRide Yesterday had Thai Stir Fry/Tofu & Jasmine Rice with slices of this new exotic melon size mango on the side. And ginger ice tea. Tonight God Willing, we are having Thai noodles, beautifully seasoned Tofu, Jasmine rice, and spring rolls- all homemade 😉. I'm just loving it. Used to going out to eat so much & pick up, etc. I forgot I knew how to cook. Its clean environment, I control ingredients, its healthy and I get great service with a smile (me) eating at home ☺️

Really enjoy the little language tips, and really appreciate that you put the Thai names for dishes etc on screen. It would be great if you also included the Thai script, as that will really help with my reading practice - especially when reading menus! Great video, your editing is really coming along with every video and I can’t wait to see more from your channel.

Thanks for the idea, and wow, thanks for the AWESOME support :) :) Thai script is only awkward because Adobe Premeire has a problem with the font (even though I get the font FROM Adobe). Although they are the leader in the market, there are so many problems with this program :-/. this is a huge one, sometimes even crashing the program due to me trying to get artistic with fonts (and its usually the Thai font that does it).

Yahoooo Whats up Lady Chaos :) :) Always happy to see your name here! OK! Bike question, haha... well, I guess its physically possible to go about 120kph on a bicycle. This has been mathematically proven, and then professional riders say that the fastest theyve ever gone is yeah 115-125kph on the steepest hills on any pro race. For myself however, 70 is already very fast. I try not to go above 50kph, but if I can see the entire road, then yeah, 60-70kph is a normal speed for mountain descents in Thailand.

Ice is delivered almost every day. Exist 2 types ; crushed ice to preserve food and ice cubes for drinks . Ice bags has different color. Is filtered water and never had problem. Same with water dispenser (refill botels)

That is awesome, I would love to visit Oregon! :) Thank you for the curiousity, I appreciate the chance to answer. Well, its definitely something that you have to learn, and I can share this with you - a champion ultra rider says that ultra riding (the type that I enjoy most) is less about cycling, than it is an eating competition on the bicycle. You have to develop this, or you will lose a lot of time. Its usually most easy therefore, to get as much calories through liquids as possible. So I eat as little 'real food' as possible, usually just bananas and soymilk actually (today for example, a 9 hour ride, I had 3 soymilks, 3 bananas, 3 granola bars, and 2 coffees.
