Props to the participants to make it all feel like it's still ongoing even though the know the outcome (or atleast until they're out).

According to Victim’s review he couldn’t actually win the challenge with the way he used his teleports He spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get to the ancients altar without GP as he didn’t use his fairy ring to enter that part of the desert and didn’t have the diary done Aka, he was screwed for most of the banning and knew it

I believe that Soup said on stream that the lunar Home teleport wouldn't normally have counted, but because Victim was so far behind, Soup let it slide just so that in editing it wouldn't be too overtly obvious that he had lost.

Imo there was a critical mistake. Do not put Hooti in the group with the worst ToA players, put him in the group with the best ToA players. It more than guarantees his failure which is more critical than your success since, as you mentioned, you already vetted the other players wouldn’t put you in the banning.

If I had to speculate, it would be because the optics were good (he had made a deal with Faux and Roidie, and Framed and CEngineer were close, so yeah Torvesta would be the only other choice) and also because Settled is probably pretty worried about a PvP banning, which Torvesta has a high chance of not throwing and doing really well in.

I don't think Fountain of Rune would work all that well. You'd have to end there because going anywhere from there would suck, and you'd probably have to use your one fairy ring to get to Edge for the wildy sword. That or minigame tele Blast Furnace -> minecart to GE
