He then got arrested and sent to prison the second time, but he said he swallowed a razor and was taken to the hospital; where he escaped being handcuffed to the hospital bed. Then he was caught and arrested again under his actual name of David Livingston, and was sent to prison where he served his time, and was released.

I don't know about that. Better off with at least one of them with an international driver's license and buy a vehicle. You get god mobility on the flat with a pushbike but you're screwed coming to hills. And the things always have problems and they are a real theft hazard.
