The store manager called 911 during the crime. The audio recording managed to capture the murderer's voice. They should have included it in this report. The other report on this case published a year ago said not all the audio including his voice had been made public. What did the other portions of the actual call contain that made the cops decide not to make it public? 🤔
@thejokeisinyourpants9 ай бұрын
It doesn't matter. The case has already been solved in private. It won't be shared publicly. The mayor and the chief are just enjoying the limelight. Lane Bryant has no plans of paying the 100K reward.
@WithDreday8 ай бұрын
Probably the actual shootings. The police will rarely release sound or footage like that in respect to the victims.
@jvc72448 ай бұрын
@@WithDreday I understand that. However, every detail in this case matters. In my opinion, they could have made the part of the recording that includes the gunshots public, too. Even at the cost of making the families of the victims uncomfortable. Maybe it captured a moment right before or after the act when you could hear something unique about the killer's voice or when he says something unusual that would make it easy for someone to identify this monster. Taking into consideration today's technology, why not fade out all the background noise including the victims' screams or pleading with the killer and enhance his voice at the same time? I believe it has already been done in the lab but why didn't they make it public?

I think the suspect was either an employee, or knew someone who worked there. It never made sense to me that they would be robbed shortly after the store opened, there wouldn’t have been a significant amount of money in the register. There’s also a recording of the perps voice, it’s unfortunate they didn’t play it on this video.
@WithDreday8 ай бұрын
I imagine they have an idea who did it. There were a few employees who called off that day, but I doubt it was about the money since cash robberies are often done late. This was personal, so I would check all former employees and their phone records

@thejokeisinyourpants9 ай бұрын
She wasn't lying, but she couldn't give a good description of him. It's been solved as of 2021. The DA doesn't have enough to charge the shooter. A solid lead from a tipster with concrete evidence came forward, wanted half of the reward money upfront in which Lane Bryant declined if no conviction would stick.

How is law enforcement supposed to solve any crime without video footage, DNA evidence etc. Answer, they can't. That's why all gun laws are unconstitutional. Everyone is there own first responder. By the time the law shows up it's too late.
