I replaced my gypsy's front suspension with innova rear ones and the rear suspension with xylo rear ones with 2 inch prad lift kit.. Amazing difference in handling and ride quality.

Quality content as always, a big shout out for your perseverance. And finally a well deserved suspension upgrade for the Gurkha. Would love to get these for my Gurkha, provided it doesn't increase the ride height much though.

Glad you liked it! I am sure it will be the same for your Gurkha . We have compromised ride height to get ride quality

This is awesome. Have been waiting for it for a long time. Happy I did not go for the suspensions that were available from Dr Nano already a few months ago.

Thar DSL 2022 - Suspension upgrade have been a rabbit hole for me too, i tried multiple brands (local) and bought couple of to throw off later. Finally Tough tog turned out to be best fit all in all. it wont shift the vehicle upside down but it makes it much more acceptable for daily use. overall ride quality and bump management has improved by a margin. tail spin has gone for good. due to nitro gas in front and foam cell in rear, it is performing quite well on bumps and thread breakers. it takes some time to show effect (due to oil temperature) but once done its flawless. on the other hand during off-roading it perform best, articulation has increased, 20mm lift comes handy and coils are set for additional load which ill be planning in near future.

As usual, an excellent and indepth technical discussion. Can we possibly have the typical tripaccino comparison between the 5 door Gurkha and the Hilux?

Nice to see how the details, may i know if i can use it as well in force gurkha? Also, what is the ground clearance that you achieved right now with this new setup? I am from Nepal and i am eager to upgrade my suspension for the rugged roads out here. ❤❤

Great content as always ! I am planning on upgrading the suspension on my Scorpio n 4x4 with dr. Nano nitro gas to gain that slight bit more clearance because the underbody scrapes on mild obstacles , go faster on broken roads and reduce body roll. In the past I have used Ironman foamcell on my Ford endeavour and I swear by it. There is a similar kit available for the Scorpio n from tough dog. My question is how this dr. Nano kit compares to other Australian brands and it is worth it spending more than double on the tough dog kit ? Thank you so much! Your videos are very informative and I love watching them thoroughly, so much to gain.
@AshutoshSingh-rq3vg3 сағат бұрын
Also I go off-road only sometimes and I have an Isuzu mux for it. Given how good the Scorpio handles on stock setup. I like driving it enthusiastically. So shall I only change the shocks and keeps the springs as standard that will stiffen up the suspension giving better control and handling on road because anyways the lift kit will not give any significant lift to the Scorpio. What is your view on this

Thanks for nice content once again. Much required modification for older BS6. Can suspension of 2024 Gurkha also be upgraded using this kit?
@tripaccinoКүн бұрын
No it’s custom for 21-24 first gen bs6.0
@BibhutiBabaКүн бұрын
@@tripaccinothank you so much. How would you rate the suspension for BS6 (2024 Gurkha model)? not just in terms of ground elevation, but performance too. Do you think the 2024 model’s suspension is capable of navigating the off-road terrain with ease or would rather say the verdict on that is still open. I am asking because even since the launch of 2024 Gurkha (back in June 2024), I have rarely come across videos where people have complained about the new suspension (except for DCV expeditions, who was trying to climb a pavement in the city and the axle broke) - any insights from you will be greatly appreciated.

@@BibhutiBaba the new bs6.2 gurkha Suspension has been worked on very well . It’s pliant on road and gives good flex off-road. Extreme off-road I have not tried but I can predict based on basic off-roading I have done that it’s 👍 my rule is that use the car and let it demand for upgrades based on your use case.
