I’ve run this with quantum tuner back to back berserks are hilarious. Also with Slice Em Up and the X-Mod2 chainsaw people hit by the massive emp blast can instantly be finisher’d.

Why do you like quantum tuner? It's not really usable for prolonged fights.

@@clarencewalters338 because you can’t just shut off berserk like Sandy so having an emergency berserk just incase it really good kinda like another second heart. It also boosts all cooldowns by 15% and that’s just great.

@@thegreatazal5021 axolotl serves that purpose better. Also unlike Sandevistan a berserk has an insane max duration(not sure exactly how long cause it doesn't say). The max level berserk allows you to extend its duration to unfair levels. You can theoretically beat Smasher within a single usage

@@clarencewalters338 I actually run tuner and axolotl lol also tuner is really good if you want to do straight up impossible fights like Melissa Rory and her whole squad or back to back max tac squads in say the bad lands. It’s also a global cool down buff meaning it exponentially increases the cooldown bonus from Axolotl.

@@thegreatazal5021 not a bad idea! Does quantum tuner really effect axolotl? I was under the impression it only effected cyberware that had it's own cool down and those are incredibly niche

This build was my introduction to the game and I'm happy it was. I use different cyberware as we all do, but I'm glad we share that passion for laying into MaxTac. It's such a beastly feeling to pop berserk and tear everything apart including the arguably hardest fight in the game
