Piett only works on "non-leader" units, so Vader leader would not benefit from ambush.

Play command, on 6 it gives you an additional turn with vader AND either deals damage to a unit or gives experience tokens.

👍 Yeah I definitely need to give that card a shot in here. You can also ramp on that turn and bring Vader Leader out a turn early which is sweet. I like the thought. Just have to figure out what to take out for it. It was awesome in Palp Green video I just did

Vader Green is still my favorite deck. I tried your prior Vader Green list and liked it. I side board the star vipers and main deck disabling fang fighters as I run into blue control decks a lot and getting entrenched played on Vader is really annoying. I just picked up three royal guards, so I'll give this list a shot. I never see you run ECL with Vader. You think the extra 5hp is way better than the ambush ability?

Nice. Yeah Fang Fighters are solid for entrenched. Yea I don't think Vader needs ECL. I just think your weakest matchup is against Aggro, and having that extra 5 hp is super important for surviving, to give you time to stabilize, and turn the corner

How would you rate the newly spoiled Maul in this deck. As a rare he seems like a good swap for those of us without 3 Vaders?

That card is awesome. I think it's amazing in Boba Green and probably replaces Vader in there because of the synergy with Underworld units and the ability to not take damage. I definitely think it will be a strong consideration in here. Maybe replaces 1 vader, and something else. The card I really like for this deck that was just spoiled is "Kragan Gorr". That card is crazy in here with the Sentinels, and being able to give them shields or even give Vader/Maul/Itself a shield when your opponent attacks your base. It's also a 6/6 at 6 resource which is really strong value

From Luke Green yesterday to Vader Green - he went to the dark side folks! haha 🤣 Unfortunate that you can't go to any tournaments, I feel you would do reasonably well. Hopefully there's a nearby LGS that allows you to go at a convenient time and you can take it all (With Luke Green of course)

Lol 🤣.... Luke Green/Vader Green are two of my favorites and both very strong Yeah with work, family, and baby no time for any tournaments. Haha Yeah I would probably go with Luke Green if I were to play in a tournament, but I would strongly consider Vader Blue, Vader Green, or Palpatine Yellow

How can you make command work in here??? 😮

I have thought about putting a couple in. I would take out 1 traitorous, and 1 Resupply if I were to try it I think because it costs 6 resources in this deck that 2 is the most you would want to play. I think at that point in the game you’re mostly using it for removal or to get a unit back from your discard pile. Occasionally, you’re going to use it to sneak out a Vader leader on that turn especially against control or midrange which also sets you up to play your bigger units the following turn. The reason it is so good in Green Palpatine is because you pump up a unit and remove a unit on 4 resource turn, and set up that unit to be a great barrage target on 5 resource turn, and of course it’s another early form of ramp. I think it could be good in here, but it’s definitely more of a “Win More” card. But definitely a card that I am going to test out the next time I do a video on this deck because it is an awesome card and a lot of fun to play

@@jrkilo87 They are both good. I would just try out the one that you enjoy more and that fits your play style than go from there. (Try them out on Karabast for free) I do think Vader Green right now is the better meta call, and has better overall matchups across the board. This list above that I made has a good aggro matchup as well which is an area that the deck struggled with. But again play the deck that feels most comfortable and fun to you, and than just play it over and over again until you get really good with it, and understand how to make optimal plays against other decks. Anytime I have won tournaments and league play it's because I was playing something that I really enjoyed, and had tested a lot.
